Schedule Pickup Nights (Required forms available here)
Rogers Middle School will be hosting schedule pickup nights beginning next week. It is important that all parents of students attend to receive their student’s schedule. Please make sure to stop by the band hall as we will also be hosting a registration night, concurrently. There you will be able to pay for the 2016-17 school year band fees (cash or check accepted), fill out the required paperwork (attached to this email), and update your students Charms account. We will also have the Prosper Mighty Band Spirit Wear Volunteers present to show (and sell) all of their new offerings for the school year.
The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, August 16th – 8th Grade Schedule Pickup Night from 5pm-6:30pm
Wednesday, August 17th – 7th Grade Schedule Pickup Night from 5pm-6:30pm
Thursday, August 18th – 6th Grade Schedule Pickup Night from 5pm-6:30pm
Hawaiian Falls Celebration
All members of the Rogers and Reynolds Band (6th through 8th grade) are invited to participate in the optional Hawaiian Falls Celebration being held on Thursday, August 25thfrom 5pm till 8pm. We have reserved the entire water park all to ourselves!!! That’s right… just the Rogers and Reynolds Bands!!! The cost is $25 per person and is due on Monday, August 22nd by the end of the day… no exceptions! We will be collecting money for the celebration during the Schedule Pickup Night listed above and during class on the 22nd. Please see the attached flyer for more information regarding the celebration.
